How we work: We first confirm your environment, required access, delivery location, and scope. We provide a written estimate or proposal before paid work begins. Third-party licenses, hardware, parts, major projects, regulated work, and specialist incident response are separate unless expressly included in writing. Service availability depends on location, staffing, qualification, and contract scope. Monthly plans include only the listed labor and devices; they are not unlimited support.

50+ employee organizations

Structured IT support that scales with your team.

Start with a discovery assessment. We’ll scope your users, devices, locations, current support model, and coverage requirements before confirming a proposal.

Built around your environment

We consider employee and device counts, site locations, support hours, current tools, onboarding effort, and escalation needs before pricing.

Defined scope—not unlimited promises

Each plan specifies included labor, on-site time, response targets, exclusions, and overage rates. Response means acknowledgement, not guaranteed resolution.

  • Priority 1 response target within 1 business hour
  • Additional users: $45/user/month
Request Contact Center Assessment

All prices are proposed starting rates for one standard site and up to 50 users; they are not unlimited support or a guarantee of savings. Final pricing depends on endpoint count, shift coverage, locations, onboarding, ticket volume, existing IT staff, access/security requirements and service hours. Response targets mean acknowledgement/initial response—not guaranteed resolution—and apply only during the agreed contracted support window. 24/7 or overnight call-center coverage, security monitoring subscriptions, Microsoft/cloud licenses, hardware, parts, cabling, server administration, major projects, emergency/after-hours work, travel outside the agreed zone and regulated/compliance work are excluded unless expressly included in a signed statement of work. Additional-user rates do not automatically include additional devices, locations, shifts or support hours. Confirm staffing and technical qualifications before accepting work.

Project and field-service work: Remote support starts at $65/hour; scheduled local on-site support starts at $85/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Multi-device rollouts, overnight deployments, telecom/ISP dispatches, and subcontracted field work are quoted by work order after scope, geography, access, response window, travel and documentation requirements are confirmed.

Frequently asked questions

Good questions. Straight answers.

Are parts included in the listed prices?

Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, prices are starting service or labor rates. Parts and any shipping, taxes, or additional work are quoted separately.

Do you offer support outside Nevada?

Yes. Remote support is available nationwide for issues that can reasonably be handled remotely. Selected physical repairs may be accepted by mail after arrangements are confirmed.

Can you guarantee a repair before diagnosing it?

Not every issue can be identified in advance. We'll discuss the symptoms and likely options, then confirm the scope and price before proceeding with paid work.

How do mail-in repairs work?

Contact us first. We'll confirm whether the device and repair are suitable, discuss the estimate and shipping arrangements, and explain approval steps before you ship anything.

Do you have a storefront?

Price IT Solutions operates as a mobile/service-area business, not a public walk-in storefront. Contact us to arrange an available service option.
